Exhibitions are a great platform to keep up to date with the latest developments, ideas, technologies, and more. The world is always evolving, and changing faster than ever before, so it is always important to be at the forefront of these changes.

Getting a chance to display your company and getting the chance to wander around yourself to learn more about your industry from other booths. They do not necessarily have to be a similar company to yourself but could act as an opportunity to network. The three-day event provided several opportunities to begin conversations with other people who work in the same industry. Getting a chance to learn from others, discuss ideas, make new connections, and gain knowledge. It is not always about relationships with the event visitors.

The event gave us a platform to display a range of different Australian-made products:

  • Tripod-Mounted Portable Traffic Lights
  • Indoor Advertising Displays
  • Happy Harry Speed Signs
  • Portable Lighting Towers

And to view and interact with the displays of other booths. We were able to learn about other road construction machinery, eco-friendly factories, and proposals for a greener future.

We attended an expo in Sydney a few weeks earlier. It was important to respond to visitor feedback and improve your presentation. One of the most common enquires I had from visitors was concerning the TL400 Portable Light Tower, which features a dual-light system. Some of the questions concerned whether ‘we have a four-light fixture’ or a lighter model. So, the AfPA conference was a great chance to introduce the PL-200 Portable ‘Petal’ Tripod Light and the TL-200 Portable Tripod Light.
